Shipping Policy
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Due to the majority of our products containing matches, we are currently only able to ship via USPS Ground Advantage to the United States (excluding AK and HI), nor can they be shipped be shipped internationally. If our product selection changes in the future, we may consider adding these options for those products.

When will my order arrive?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2-3 business days (a little longer during the holiday season). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.

USPS quotes 2-5 business days for delivery. We currently ship from Massachusetts.
Issues, Returns, & Pick-ups
What is your return policy?
​
Because most of our items are custom made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please contact us right away. We’ll make it right whether that means a replacement or store credit.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
​
We use premium packaging to keep your items safe, but accidents can happen. If your order is damaged, email us photos within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Local pickup in South Hadley, MA is available for orders over $100. Free Local Delivery may be available for ongoing repeat orders (Contact us to discuss).
